← Who we help

Different spaces. Different access needs.

A public meeting room, a service counter and a staff office do not all need the same network access. We review the building, existing infrastructure and the requirements supplied by your IT team before recommending a design or changing a configuration.

Built around the way you work.

Public and staff access

Plan visitor internet access separately from internal systems, with agreed traffic rules. Review the actual network configuration and authorized connections between systems.

Meeting rooms and service counters

Investigate coverage and connectivity for the devices used in public-facing spaces. Busy meetings and events may place different demands on the network from routine office use.

Existing buildings and cabling

Review Ethernet runs, wiring panels, racks and access point placement. Building materials, cable routes and access restrictions shape the installation plan.

Multiple buildings and project planning

Discuss each location’s requirements, internet connections and management access. Links between buildings and any shared services need their own design and agreed scope.

Define the requirements before scheduling work.

We coordinate with the designated municipal contact and IT provider on procurement steps, authorized access, work windows and deliverables. Share any vendor eligibility, insurance or documentation requirements so we can confirm whether the engagement is a fit before work is scheduled.

For detailed measurements or a proposed installation, our paid Wi-Fi site surveys and network planning can define the areas, questions and deliverables before work begins.

Start with a clear scope.

The free assessment covers up to two hours of review and recommendations. Repairs, configuration changes, cabling, installation and formal surveys are paid services agreed separately. See pricing and project options.

We can help with Wi-Fi installation, UniFi troubleshooting and network cabling and rack completion. No ongoing support plan is required for project work.

Questions before you get started.

Can you work alongside municipal IT staff?

Yes. We can contribute a defined networking scope while your IT staff retains its existing responsibilities. Access, configuration changes and handoff are agreed with the authorized team.

Does this include emergency response systems?

This page covers general office and building networking. Public-safety, dispatch and other mission-critical systems require a separate requirements and capability review; they are not assumed to be included in routine Wi-Fi work.

Tell us what needs to work better.
