Network down? Let’s find what’s stopping you.

On-site help for urgent Wi-Fi and network problems in Westchester County. Available during business hours, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, subject to availability.

When the connection stops, work can stop too.

Payment terminals losing connectivity. An office unable to get online. Wi-Fi disappearing throughout the house just before an important call. We investigate the network behind the interruption and explain the practical next step.

Availability-based support, not a guaranteed emergency response. We accept urgent Wi-Fi and network support requests during business hours, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. We do not offer 24/7 coverage or a guaranteed response or arrival time.

The contact form is not a live emergency dispatch service. Sending a request does not confirm a visit; we’ll need to confirm availability and agree on the work with you.

The whole network is offline.

We check the path from your internet connection through the router, switches and access points to identify where communication is failing.

Wi-Fi keeps dropping.

We investigate whether the issue affects particular rooms or devices, or points to a wider network fault.

Business devices cannot connect.

We troubleshoot the network connections used by payment terminals, workstations and other equipment. Application or payment-provider faults may need the relevant vendor.

Restarts only help temporarily.

We look for the underlying cause, including cabling, configuration, switching loops and equipment problems, rather than treating another restart as the final answer.

A clear scope, even when it’s urgent.

Tell us what stopped working, when it started, your location and how the interruption is affecting you. We confirm whether we can attend, discuss the scope and obtain approval before paid work begins.

Hourly troubleshooting is $150 per hour with a one-hour minimum ($150). After the first hour, additional time is rounded up to the next half-hour increment ($75 per additional half hour). Equipment and additional work are agreed separately. An urgent request is for paid support; it is not a promise of free repairs under the assessment offer.

If the fault is with your internet provider, we can discuss on-site help calling Verizon or Optimum. We cannot control provider repair schedules or guarantee when their service will be restored.

Before you send a request

  • Include your town, a callback number and a short description of what is affected.
  • Tell us whether all devices are offline or only Wi-Fi devices or certain rooms.
  • Note any recent changes or troubleshooting already attempted.
  • Do not send passwords or network credentials through the form.

Do I need an ongoing support plan?

No. You can request hourly help for a specific issue without an ongoing agreement.

Can you guarantee same-day service?

No. Visits depend on availability during our weekday business hours, excluding holidays. We confirm scheduling directly before you rely on a visit.

Is this the right service for a provider outage?

Check your provider’s outage information first. We can help diagnose local faults and communicate with the provider, but cannot repair their network. Our Verizon and Optimum pages include outage-check links.
