FOR INSTALLERS, BUILDERS & IT PROVIDERS

Your expertise.
Our network know-how.

A Wi-Fi and networking specialist you can bring into your next project. We work alongside Westchester companies to plan reliable networks, get installations working and solve the problems that hold a project up.

COMPLEMENTARY EXPERTISE

Built around the work you already do.

Electricians & low-voltage installers

You bring the cabling and installation experience. Bring us in for access point placement, network design, configuration and testing so the finished system works as intended.

Network planning for your projects

AV & smart-home installers

Streaming, cameras, controls and connected devices depend on the network. We help investigate unreliable connections and plan Wi-Fi coverage around the systems you install.

Residential Wi-Fi expertise

IT providers & consultants

Add focused networking expertise to your team for difficult troubleshooting, UniFi projects, VLANs, switching and firewall configuration. Your customer can keep their ongoing IT support with you.

Specialist network support

Builders & developers

Bring networking into the plans before walls close. We help coordinate AP locations, cabling requirements and coverage for living spaces, workspaces and outdoor amenities.

WHEN TO BRING US IN

Before the installation.
Or when it won’t behave.

We can contribute to a defined part of your project or take a fresh look at a persistent network problem.

  • Setup and commissioning. UniFi configuration, guest networks, segmentation and checks before handoff.
  • Performance troubleshooting. Slowdowns, network loops, disconnections and APs that need measurement-based tuning.
  • Documentation and training. Help the customer or their IT team understand the setup and manage everyday tasks.

WORKING TOGETHER

Clear roles. Personal attention.

01

Start with a conversation.

Tell us about your business, the customer’s needs and where specialist help would be useful. You don’t need a live project to introduce yourself.

02

Agree on the arrangement.

Before work starts, agree on scope, responsibilities, customer communication, access and billing. That may mean a direct customer referral or a project we discuss handling alongside your team.

03

Deliver a clear handoff.

Coordinate the work, communicate findings and explain what changed. Documentation and training can be included in the agreed scope.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A few things worth knowing.

Will you replace our customer’s IT provider?

Our focus is Wi-Fi and networking project work. We can contribute specialist expertise while your team continues handling the customer’s ongoing IT support. We agree on roles and communication before the project starts.

Can we refer a customer directly?

Yes. We can discuss the customer’s needs with them and scope the work directly. If you prefer to stay involved, we’ll discuss how to coordinate the project with you.

Can you work on a system someone else installed?

Yes. We review the existing setup and coordinate authorized access. We have deep experience with UniFi troubleshooting, AP tuning and the wider wired network.

Can you provide a design for our team to install?

Yes. Design-only engagements can cover network requirements, AP placement and cabling planning. Installation, configuration and commissioning responsibilities are agreed separately.

How are partner projects priced?

We quote the work based on its scope and agree on who engages and pays for the services before starting. Our published pricing provides a starting point; arrangements for a particular collaboration are discussed individually.
