Information you share
When you request an assessment or contact us, we collect the details you submit: your name, email, phone number if supplied, location, message, and any company information or inquiry selections. We use these details to respond, discuss your needs and coordinate requested services.
Storage and service providers
Website inquiries are stored using Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare also hosts and delivers the website and processes technical request information to operate its services. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and whether website forms are successfully submitted. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information about your browser, device and interactions with the site. Our form-submission analytics events do not include the names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages entered in the forms.

Cloudflare may also collect website performance and traffic measurements through its analytics services.
Retention
Inquiries are stored so we can respond and maintain a record of the conversation. We have not yet established a fixed automatic deletion schedule. If you have a question about information you submitted, or want to request its deletion, please contact us.

Use our contact form and select “Privacy request” to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you provided. Include enough detail to identify the inquiry, but do not send passwords or sensitive network credentials. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information.
