← Who we help

A connection problem can interrupt the whole appointment.

A workstation that cannot reach a shared service, an imaging station that loses its connection or weak Wi-Fi in a treatment room needs careful investigation. We check the network path and coordinate with your designated providers before changing settings that affect practice equipment.

Built around the way you work.

Front desk and treatment rooms

Review coverage and wired connections for scheduling workstations and authorized clinical devices. Testing focuses on the rooms and workflows agreed with the practice.

Imaging and specialist equipment

Confirm network requirements with the equipment vendor. We can investigate cabling, switching and connectivity while the vendor retains responsibility for equipment operation and software.

Patient Wi-Fi

Plan guest internet access with restrictions on reaching practice devices. Separate Wi-Fi names alone do not establish isolation; the underlying access rules need review.

Practice moves and expansions

Plan cabling, network equipment and access point locations before opening additional rooms. Coordinate installation and testing with your IT provider and other trades.

Coordinate changes around appointments.

Agree on authorized access, vendor involvement and a work window before making changes. We explain expected interruptions and check the connections included in the scope before handoff.

For detailed measurements or a proposed installation, our paid Wi-Fi site surveys and network planning can define the areas, questions and deliverables before work begins.

Start with a clear scope.

The free assessment covers up to two hours of review and recommendations. Repairs, configuration changes, cabling, installation and formal surveys are paid services agreed separately. See pricing and project options.

We can help with Wi-Fi installation, UniFi troubleshooting and network cabling and rack completion. No ongoing support plan is required for project work.

Questions before you get started.

Can you help without replacing our dental IT provider?

Yes. We can handle a defined networking task alongside your provider. Practice-management software, endpoint support and clinical equipment service stay with the appropriate specialists.

Does networking work include a compliance certification?

No. We configure the network controls agreed with your practice and IT team. Compliance assessments and certification are outside this networking scope; share any requirements your advisers need the project to support.

Tell us what needs to work better.

Share your Westchester location, the spaces or devices affected and any project deadlines. We’ll discuss a practical next step with your designated contact.
