Your network has more than one job.
A payment terminal at the counter, an ordering tablet on the patio, a reception computer and guests connecting their phones all depend on the network in different ways. When a connection drops, your team needs to know where the problem is and what to do next.
We review the wired and wireless network, explain the findings and agree on the work before making changes. We can work alongside your existing IT team, payment-system provider or installer.

Payment terminals and POS.
A terminal that goes offline may have a Wi-Fi, cable, internet-service or provider-side issue. We investigate the network connection and coordinate with your POS provider on its requirements. Supported fixed equipment may benefit from a tested wired connection.
Guest Wi-Fi.
Give visitors a straightforward way to connect while keeping access to business devices restricted. Depending on your equipment, we can scope guest-network isolation, appropriate access rules and bandwidth limits.
Staff devices.
Ordering tablets, reception computers, printers and other work devices need the right connections. We review which systems must communicate so separation does not accidentally prevent staff from doing their jobs.
Coverage where service happens.
Dining areas, guest rooms, reception, back offices and outdoor seating each have different needs. We review access point placement, building materials and performance in the areas agreed for your project.
Guest access and business access need different rules.
A separate Wi-Fi name alone does not establish that guests are isolated from payment or staff systems. We can review the underlying network settings and scope separate networks with rules controlling traffic between them.
For example, guests may need internet access without access to internal devices, while staff tablets may need to reach a particular printer or ordering system. The configuration should reflect those needs and your vendors’ requirements.
Payment-system requirements are confirmed with your provider. Network configuration work is not a PCI compliance certification.
Look beyond the signal bars.
If Wi-Fi looks strong but terminals disconnect or staff devices stall, adding an access point may not solve the cause. We can investigate cable connections, switching, radio settings and the internet connection as part of the agreed scope.
Where practical, wired connections back to the network can reduce reliance on wireless links between access points. Outdoor seating and other difficult areas may need suitable equipment, power and cable routes.

Discuss your property’s network →Agree on the work before interrupting service.
- Review the symptoms and priorities. Tell us which devices disconnect, where it happens and whether problems coincide with busy periods.
- Define the checks and the scope. We agree on access, vendor coordination and the areas or systems to investigate.
- Plan changes and expected downtime. We discuss the work window and likely interruptions before changing the network.
- Check the agreed devices and areas. We review the result with you and explain what changed, any remaining limitations and the next steps.
For a new opening, renovation or larger property, a paid site survey and network plan can define coverage and equipment needs before installation.
Clear scope. No required monthly plan.
The free assessment includes up to two hours of review and recommendations. Repairs, configuration, cabling, installation and detailed surveys are paid work, quoted or agreed separately.
Hourly support is $150 per hour with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, time is rounded up to the next half hour. Equipment and project work are scoped separately. Review service pricing.
Questions before you get in touch.
Can you help when the payment terminal says it is offline?
We can troubleshoot its network connection and help establish whether the issue needs your POS provider or internet provider. We do not replace your payment provider’s application or transaction support.
Will guest Wi-Fi slow down our business devices?
It can share network and internet capacity with them. We review usage, configuration and available controls. Guest limits may help, but do not replace sufficient capacity or a sound network design.
Can you configure our existing system?
We review the equipment and authorized management access first. We can often work with an existing setup; the available settings and diagnostics depend on its make and model.
Can a backup internet connection prevent every outage?
No. We can discuss internet failover planning, but switching connections may interrupt active sessions and some payment systems have specific requirements. A backup connection also will not fix a fault inside the local network.
Do you provide evening or weekend emergency support?
Urgent help is subject to availability during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. There is no guaranteed response time. Use our urgent support inquiry form to request help; submitting it does not confirm a visit.
